ABOUT THE INITIATIVE:

The Roller Flour Millers Federation of India (RFMFOI) has launched a Debt Recovery Committee to support members in addressing overdue payments from customers. This initiative is designed to ensure fair, transparent, and effective mechanisms for recovering dues while safeguarding the interests of our members.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Unrecovered dues affect the financial health and operations of milling businesses. With this committee in place, members can seek structured assistance in pursuing legitimate claims and strengthening their cash flow management.

CRITERIA FOR REPORTING

• The total outstanding amount should be above ₹2 lakhs.
• Invoices should be more than 120 days old but less than 365 days.
• All details must be submitted only through the official Google Form.
• The committee will communicate exclusively with the person/contact number provided in the form.
• The right to take up a case remains with the committee.
• This facility is available only to RFMFOI members.
